The Floor Supervisor serves as a working leader, guiding staff, resolving guest issues, and helping keep operations running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Supports and promotes a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements and reinforcing safe behaviors across the team.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop healthy teams based on Trust, Healthy Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Attention to Results</li><li>Conduct opening and closing duties.</li><li>Conduct pre-shift checks and table visits.</li><li>Address ordering and scheduling problems.</li><li>Support management functions, as assigned, to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Train staff.</li><li>Work specific front of house positions due to excessive volume or staff shortages including but not limited to Server, Cashier, Bartender, or Hostess.</li><li>Certify and train new hire employees.</li><li>Provide feedback for employees in their position.</li><li>Implement new standards and practices.</li><li>Update training materials.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
