The Operator will vet potential and/or actual crisis response activations. <strong>The shift assignment will be determined after training. This is a 24 hour operation and chosen candidates must be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Organize the daily operations to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.</li>\n <li>Determine the validity and impact of global crises.</li>\n <li>Oversee various records of communications and events.</li>\n <li>Support watch floor operations including setting and maintaining criteria, incident assessment, and training, validation, and escalation.</li>\n <li>Communicate requirements for additional software, hardware, and/or staffing modifications.</li>\n <li>Gather and manage information and intelligence about domestic and international events using multiple internal and external resources.</li>\n <li>Perform quality assurance functions to maintain the integrity of the project.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the GSOC management and ensure compliance with global expectations.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Associate's degree with at least one year of experience working in a GSOC environment, preferably pertaining to intelligence or military training. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Organization and planning skills.</li>\n <li>Able to work with highly confidential information.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive and effective team leader.</li>\n <li>Able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures.</li>\n <li>Results orientated.</li>\n <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting and standing. </li>\n <li>Able to complete shift work, including evenings and weekends.</li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Benefit options include employer-paid life and AD&D, voluntary life and AD&D, medical, (HSA) Health Savings Account, (FSA) Flexible Savings Account, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, and holidays) and several employee assistance-related programs.
