C</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Wage up to $17.00/hr DOE</strong></p>\n<p>a</p>\n<p>Bosselman Travel Center has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid vacation </li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Bosselman Travel Center offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p>shier</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greets customers in a friendly manner.</li>\n <li>Takes customer orders and prepares food to company specifications.</li>\n <li>Presents meal in a professional, friendly manner.</li>\n <li>Collects the proper amount of money, gives back the necessary change, and correctly completes all cash register functions.</li>\n <li>Ensures meals are satisfactory to customers.</li>\n <li>Prepare any prep work and stocking for the next shift and as need for all concepts.</li>\n <li>Handles and prepares RAW chicken products properly and to safety standards.</li>\n <li>Utilizes and cleans fryers, speed ovens, and all other ovens according to safety and company policies.</li>\n <li>Records temps and waste properly.</li>\n <li>Cleans and maintains customer work areas, dining areas and tables.</li>\n <li>Provides friendly and competent customer service.</li>\n <li>Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Food Court experience is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work all food concepts proficiently.</li>\n <li>Must have strong communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and follow product specification guidelines.</li>\n <li>Must be able to count change back to customers.</li>\n <li>Must be trainable or have cash register experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and phone.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work holidays, weekends, or any shift needed.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE</li>\n <li>Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.</li>\n <li>Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Food Court Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
