This role requires deep product knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and discreet environment for members and guests.<br><br><strong>Principal (Essential) Duties</strong><ol><li>Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to exacting standards.</li><li>Engage with members respectfully and professionally, maintaining the club’s private and exclusive atmosphere.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times.</li><li>Monitor inventory of premium spirits, wines, and supplies.</li><li>Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.</li></ol><div style=\"margin-right:11px;text-align:justify;\"><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></div><ol><li>Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.</li><li>Expertise in wine, spirits, and mixology.</li><li>Strong communication and hospitality skills.</li></ol><div style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br>This is a unique opportunity to become part of a close-knit, high-performing team within one of Washington, DC’s private clubs.
