    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Cummings Electrical</strong> is hiring an <strong>Electrical Engineer </strong>at our Integrated Manufacturing Facility in Arlington, TX.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Using AutoCAD and/or REVIT, create ELEC (E Sheets) for the Issued for Approval, As-built and Closeout Submittal drawing sets.</li>\n <li>Using AutoCAD and/or REVIT, create Architectural (A Sheets) for the Issued for Approval, As-built and Closeout Submittal drawing sets.</li>\n <li>Ensure Electrical design adheres to national/local codes and follows all client’s needs and specifications. </li>\n <li>Perform electrical load calculations for each project and verify sizing of electrical equipment and circuiting. </li>\n <li>Perform lighting design and footcandle calculations for selected fixtures for both normal and emergency operations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Electrical Equipment vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate engineered plan set </li>\n <li>Equipment Selection and sizing (Up or Down Feeds)</li>\n <li>Control Operations and wiring</li>\n <li>Lug quantity and sizing</li>\n <li>Design, Coordination and Arc Flash Studies</li>\n <li>Communicate / Coordinate with Engineering team.</li>\n <li>Keep Engineering Manager in the loop on design issues and resolutions so that they can communicate them to the client/project teams during design meetings.</li>\n <li>Keep HVAC Engineering in the loop on electrical requirements and spacing needs.</li>\n <li>Help innovate the modular building ELEC design. Think outside the box. Discuss thoughts and ideas with Engineering Manager.  </li>\n <li>Answer questions for the Cummings Integrated Manufacturing production/operations team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering </li>\n <li>5+ years of engineering experience working with a concentration in commercial and industrial projects; candidates with 3+ years experience will be considered</li>\n <li>EIT required; PE is a desired</li>\n <li>Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job </li>\n <li>Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner </li>\n <li>Able to identify, analyze and solve problems </li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Able to work independently and as part of a team </li>\n <li>Strong computer software skills including MS Office (particularly Excel) </li>\n <li>Experience with SKM is a plus</li>\n <li>Design experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
