PRUMC’s youth ministry serves a vibrant and engaged group of students and families, and we are seeking a full-time Associate Director of Youth Ministry to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will sense a clear call to youth ministry and have a passion for helping students grow in their faith through Wesleyan theology within the United Methodist tradition. We are looking for a self-starting, relational, team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and connects well with students, parents, and volunteers.</p><p><br></p><p>This role typically requires 3–5 years of youth ministry experience, particularly in recruiting and leading volunteers, and planning and executing trips and events.
