With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and conflict resolution.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to learn team building skills.</li>\n <li>Computer experience (Microsoft) and production floor data entry and retrieval systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Language Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Mathematical Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have more extensive math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide).</li>\n <li>Must be able to read a tape measure or rule in both standard & metric.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reasoning Ability</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Problem solving ability.</li>\n <li>Understanding the use of Trouble Shooting Guides in resolving defects.</li>\n <li>Understanding the cost of production on the respective lines, including cost saving ideas and implementation.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of required paperwork, including factory orders, daily production sheets, and customer required paperwork (Cognex data, defect data, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsiblities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Make and handle product.</li>\n <li>Support plant safety programs.</li>\n <li>Assist in acquiring support as needed.</li>\n <li>Recognizes and rewards positive performance.</li>\n <li>Communicates and coordinates with other teams.</li>\n <li>Support team members as needed.</li>\n <li>Attends daily operation meeting.</li>\n <li>Identifies training needed within the team.</li>\n <li>Provides training in specific areas and documents training covered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>12-hour work day.</li>\n <li>Nights and weekends</li>\n <li>Requires standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.</li>\n <li>Requires pushing and pulling rolls, carts and hoists.</li>\n <li>Requires lifting up to 55 pounds.</li>\n <li>Requires ascending and descending ladders throughout the work day.</li>\n</ul>",
