At TWB, we invest in our people from Day 1 with <strong>competitive pay starting at $30/hour and up based on experience</strong>, medical, dental, and vision insurance starting immediately, and opportunities to grow and advance your career.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p>As a Maintenance Technician at TWB, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility</li>\n <li>Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and equipment</li>\n <li>Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including PLC-related troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical prints</li>\n <li>Complete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction</li>\n <li>Accurately and timely document work in the maintenance management system</li>\n <li>Follow all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a self-motivated, safety-focused problem solver who takes pride in their work. Ideal qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Strong electrical background with PLC experience and the ability to read ladder logic</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing</li>\n <li>Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints</li>\n <li>Solid computer and workbench skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail</li>\n <li><strong>2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Preferred but not required:</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CPR and First Aid certification</li>\n <li>Experience with lockout/tagout, confined space, fall protection, and PPE protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why TWB</strong></p>\n<p>We know skilled maintenance professionals have choices.
