    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Hybrid Musculoskeletal Radiology Positions in Seattle, WA &ndash; $100K Signing Bonus&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong></p><p>Radia is seeking a Board-certified/eligible musculoskeletal radiologist for the Seattle area to interpret predominately musculoskeletal radiology. &nbsp;A multimodality musculoskeletal radiology fellowship is required. &nbsp;Musculoskeletal ultrasound skillset would be beneficial. &nbsp;No mammography or nighthawk shifts. Opportunities for practice building in areas of interest exist.</p><p>Candidates would join a group with over 20 musculoskeletal radiology subspecialists. &nbsp;Radia&rsquo;s musculoskeletal radiology section interprets images for 2 national professional sports teams, a minor league team, and 1 collegiate athletic program and reads for more than 70 MRIs, including 14 3T magnets. &nbsp;We offer the latest in magnet, coil, and sequence technology including T2 mapping of cartilage, AI software, and advanced metal suppression techniques. &nbsp;Dual energy gout CT is performed by our practice. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>This shareholder track position will be mostly onsite daytime shifts with 10 weeks&rsquo; vacation. Compensation can be augmented via ad-hoc per click work or additional shifts. &nbsp;Shareholder track physicians will be reviewed for shareholder consideration at 1 year. <strong>If desired, home workstations are available for up to 20% of shifts that can be worked remotely.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Compensation based on shifts worked and employment type.</li><li>Minimum first year shareholder track compensation with 10 weeks&rsquo; vacation is $508,000 - $546,000 (as it includes a $100K signing bonus).</li><li>Access to out-of-shift ad-hoc work for additional income generation up to six figures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Great Benefits package:</strong></p><ul><li>401k and profit-sharing contributions &ndash; $69,000 max employee and Radia contributions</li><li>Health, life, vision, dental, disability &ndash; valued at $27,000 in addition to W-2 income (benefits eligibility based on hours worked)</li><li>Medical malpractice, licensing fees, and hospital dues covered by Radia.</li><li>All licensing and credentialing performed by Radia</li><li>$6K CME stipend/ $10K for Shareholders&nbsp;</li><li>Generous moving allowance&nbsp;</li><li>Cash balance plan for shareholders</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ABOUT RADIA</strong></p><p>Radia PS is an independent 100% physician owned and managed practice, dedicated to the care of patients and enhancing physician work experience.
