    "description_html": "<p>Edmunds Gastroenterology, a fast-paced gastroenterology office located in West Knoxville is currently looking for a full-time Pre-Op Endoscopy Tech.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR:</strong></p><ul><li>Admitting and preparing patients for procedures</li><li>Inputting patient information into EMR</li><li>Taking VS and assisting with patient care</li><li>Work through tasks and voicemails</li><li>Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history</li><li>Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies</li></ul><p><strong>DUTIES AND TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><ul><li>Keeps all patient information, practice information and staff information confidential</li><li>Performs routine work under general supervision</li><li>Follows established procedures, referring all new or unusual questions/concerns</li><li>Acts as patient advocate, ensuring a setting that protects the rights of the patient, in compliance with HIPAA, and provides an atmosphere that does not compromise the patient’s physical or mental well-being, safety or dignity</li><li>Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, established policies and procedures</li></ul><p><em>Full benefit package available, including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401k, and more!</em></p><p><br></p><p><u>Hours</u>: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm</p>",
