This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in the numbers, building reporting from the ground up, analyzing trends, and becoming a key resource for explaining financial performance and operational drivers across the business. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and eager to grow into a broader finance leadership role over time.</p><p><strong>As a FP&amp;A Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Own monthly FP&amp;A reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements, reporting packages, variance analysis, and forecast updates</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting models across revenue, operating expenses, margins, and cash flow</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Analyze financial results and clearly explain key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop and maintain KPIs and operational metrics that improve visibility into business performance</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Partner closely with Accounting to ensure financial results are accurate, well understood, and properly reflected in reporting</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support manufacturing and operational finance analysis, including margin performance, standard costing, and variance analysis</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist with reporting and analysis across both product and services-oriented business lines</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Leverage Vena EPM to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Improve reporting consistency, data quality, and analytical processes over time</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, and functional leaders to gather inputs and explain financial performance</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Take ownership of recurring deliverables and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting</p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like for the FP&amp;A Senior Manager:</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Financial reporting is timely, accurate, and consistently trusted by leadership</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Forecasts become more reliable and operationally grounded</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Business leaders have a clearer understanding of financial performance and key drivers</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>KPIs and reporting become more actionable and easier to understand</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>FP&amp;A processes become more organized, scalable, and repeatable</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The individual becomes a go-to resource for explaining financial results and supporting decision-making</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Vena EPM is expanded upon and used throughout the entire FP&amp;A process</p><p>.<strong>&nbsp;Qualified candidates will have:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of FP&amp;A, finance, accounting, or related analytical experience</li><li>Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities</li><li>Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes</li><li>Comfortable working directly in large datasets and financial systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with Excel and financial reporting tools required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality</li><li>Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally</li><li>Experience with Vena EPM or similar FP&amp;A/planning systems preferred</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other operationally complex environments preferred</li><li>Exposure to standard costing, margin analysis, or operational finance concepts preferred</li></ul></div><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li><strong>Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
