This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mission-critical construction team supporting complex lifts and heavy equipment operations on active job sites.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform safe and efficient rigging operations on construction sites</li><li>Inspect rigging gear and equipment prior to use</li><li>Assist with load handling, signaling, and material placement</li><li>Work closely with crane operators and site crews</li><li>Follow OSHA regulations and all site safety procedures</li><li>Support daily construction activities in fast-paced environments</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>NCCCO Rigger Certification</li><li>NCCCO Signal Person Certification</li><li>OSHA 30 preferred<br><em>(Candidates with strong rigging experience and NCCCO certifications will still be considered without OSHA 30.)</em></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Data center or commercial construction experience</li><li>Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment</li><li>Strong understanding of rigging safety standards</li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed</li></ul><h3><strong>Apply Today</strong></h3><p>Qualified candidates with strong rigging experience are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.<br><br>INDH</p>",
