Description
35 Hour work week
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $40,021 - $44,850
Benefits:
PTO – vacation (16-24 days a year based on longevity) Sick leave 12 days a year, and 13 paid holidays. Ability to work a 4-day schedule after 6 months on the job. Multiple work schedules available. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Oversee the development and circulation of all job postings. Complete necessary paperwork for newly hired staff and internal transfers. Provide information on RCIL to potential applicants, other agencies, and the community. Attend all local job fairs and expos; routinely visit colleges for recruitment purposes. Education:
An Associates Degree in related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment is highly preferred. Strong customer service, networking, and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Travel Required: Yes
