    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Mining Internship role provides a student with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment. This role will support HWI at the plant level. The Mining Internship provides hands-on experience in the implementation and support of Mines and Raw Materials programs and initiatives.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Job Duties:</span></p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Provide field support in daily mining operations and project activities</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Support and perform sampling, GPS data collection, drilling support and analysis</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Participate in min inspections, safety audits and environmental auditing.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Help prepare technical reports, geologic mapping and reclamation monitoring</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Analyze production data and contribute to process improvement initiatives</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Participate in safety committee and initiatives as assigned. &nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Mining Engineering, geology, Civil Engineering r a related field.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have completed sophomore year with a minimum of GPA &nbsp;of 3,0</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must maintain a minim cumulative GPA 3.0</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong interest in mining operations and resource extraction</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Basic understanding of mining methods and safety practices</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Familiarity with mining software (e.g. AutoCAD, Surpac or similar a plus</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">ability to work independently as well as part of a team</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Know and follow all safety rules and procedures.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Knowledge of mine planning and geological modeling</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">Experience with data analysis or technical reporting.</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-right: 5.95pt;\">&nbsp;</p>",
