Lead Nurse Coordinator
Albuquerque, NM
Position Summary
Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations.
Security Clearance: Department of Energy L Clearance
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of twelve (12) months clinical experience within the past 36 months Experience providing emergency care, first aid, and occupational health services Ability to support HRP evaluations, case management, and follow-up care Eligibility for DOE access authorization (L clearance level) Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or other federal programs Familiarity with Human Reliability Program (HRP) requirements Experience in safety-sensitive or high-reliability environments Advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to the role About the Role:
This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors, including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
