You&rsquo;ll assist with day-to-day banking needs, help members find products and services that fit their goals, and create positive experiences that build lasting relationships.</p><p>Whether you already have banking experience or are looking to start a new career in financial services, this role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact every day.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p>* Welcome and assist members with their financial needs in person, over the phone, and electronically</p><p>* Open and close deposit accounts and assist with account maintenance and servicing requests</p><p>* Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, balance inquiries, money orders, and wire transfers</p><p>* Help members navigate fraud concerns and card disputes with professionalism and empathy</p><p>* Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that align with members&rsquo; needs and financial goals</p><p>* Review account documentation and membership records for completeness and accuracy</p><p>* Support branch operations and provide backup assistance to the teller line as needed</p><p>* Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and efficient branch experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><em>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>* At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience</p><p>* Banking or financial institution experience is helpful, but not required</p><p>* Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p><p>* Ability to listen carefully and identify member needs</p><p>* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p><p>* Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>* Confidence using technology and Windows-based computer systems</p><p>* High School Diploma or equivalent required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why You&rsquo;ll Like It Here</strong></p><p>At First Flight, we invest in our employees because we know great teams create great member experiences.
