      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with&nbsp;respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.</li>\n<li>Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding.</li>\n<li>Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.</li>\n<li>Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.</li>\n<li>Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.</li>\n<li>Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.</li>\n<li>Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.</li>\n<li>Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures.</li>\n<li>This position is required to work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March-November).</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license</li>\n<li>Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 5 %</li>\n<li>Industry experience preferred but not required <strong>- we will train!</strong></li>\n<li>Military service is a plus</li>\n"
