What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting through high-volume cold calls and strategic emails Identifying and qualifying decision-makers within target accounts Understanding prospect pain points and aligning them with our solutions Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives Maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure no opportunity is lost Managing activity and pipeline accurately in HubSpot KPIs You’ll Own We believe in clarity and measurable success: 80+ calls per day 40 appointments set per month 20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month You’ll always know what success looks like - and how to achieve it. What You Bring Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Native-level English fluency Proven experience in cold calling or outbound prospecting Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Strong internal drive and work ethic Resilience and emotional maturity in handling rejection Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly Experience with HubSpot (preferred but not required) Why Join PosiTrace?
