Description

Overview The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving occupancy and revenue goals across multiple campuses. This position oversees all sales and leasing activities, leads a high-performing team, and ensures a personalized, prospect-centered approach to every interaction. The Director of Sales collaborates closely with marketing and operations to align strategies and deliver outstanding results. Fellowship Square is a leading senior living organization committed to providing exceptional care and vibrant communities for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. Responsibilities Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance standards and fostering a positive culture. Implement the Prospect-Centered Sales® model using Aline® CRM for personalized engagement. Manage leasing activities from initial contact through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation strategies. Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership. Represent Fellowship Square at community events and maintain strong relationships with prospects and families. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. 3–5 years of management experience leading and developing sales teams in a senior living environment.
