Working in tandem with the department supervisor assigned, ensuring the smooth running of the work of the department and the timely delivery to the following departments. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 4+ years of production coordination experience in CG animated film/episodic;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have solid experience in coordinating for the asset/design, lighting/comp or animation departments in animated environment;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to deal with Confidential information and material in a discrete and professional manner at all times;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent diary management skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Patient and empathetic nature while dealing with artistic personalities;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High level organizational skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A good level of formatting and document preparation and presentation skills desirable;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be available, proactive and a problem solver;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A flexible approach and able to take on extra tasks when required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What do we do?</span><br>Flying Bark Productions is a renowned independent producer of family-focused animation entertainment.
