    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Performance Health is seeking an Engineer Co-Op to join our Manufacturing team in Akron, OH. The Engineering Co-Op will work on projects related to the quality and process design improvements of our products. The duration of this Co-Op is Fall 2026 working full-time, 40 hours per week with opportunity for extension through the Spring 2027 semester.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>Assist in validation updates</li><li>Assist in Extrusion and Automation projects&nbsp;</li><li>Update product engineering records to include proper documentation for registrations</li><li>Participates in and assists with the coordination of elements of investigations regarding customer complaints.</li><li>Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.</li><li>Work from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.</li><li>Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste and deliver cost savings</li><li>Quality and Regulatory projects to ensure process and products are in compliance with customer, internal, and governmental standards</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university</li><li>Major in an Engineering discipline (Chemical; Mechanical; Polymer Science; Biomedical; Mechanical Engineering Technology)&nbsp;</li><li>Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher</li><li>Proficiency with analysis/reporting tools</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>This is an intern/co-op role with an hourly pay rate of $20.00&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
