The individual in this position collaborates closely with team members and leverages their knowledge to support others, contributing to overall efficiency and operational success.</p>\n<p>Operate all warehouse equipment required to transfer finished goods and other products to the appropriate areas. All warehouse equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklift, clamp truck.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Load and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards </li>\n <li>Stock all goods in a safe and stable manner</li>\n <li>Communicate pertinent information to the relief at shift change</li>\n <li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Maintain work area in an organized, safe, and clean manner. Knowledge of 6s is a plus</li>\n <li>Know locations and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers</li>\n <li>Complete forklift checklist</li>\n <li>Monitor and record all products returned/received</li>\n <li>Check the accuracy of finished product count on pallets, product ID, ensure all pallets only have one Port Ticket on them when removing from lines, and accurately complete all required paperwork</li>\n <li>Fill forklift propane tank at the end of the shift</li>\n <li>Accurate Cycle counts as designated by the Team Leaders</li>\n <li>Effective organization and staging of materials to support the accuracy of inventories</li>\n <li>Knowledge of LOTO procedures is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one year of recent forklift experience preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year sit-down experience required</li>\n <li>Clamp attachment operation is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of mathematics</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English required, Spanish is a plus)</li>\n <li>Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with little supervision</li>\n <li>Will be required to be certified in Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation upon assignment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mathematical Skills: Ability to do simple math equations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and percentages) and able to use a calculator</li>\n <li>Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write & understand basic English and/or Spanish.
