We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manufactures products by supervising team leads and machine operators, organizing and monitoring workflow.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Production Supervisor Job Duties:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to manage </span>up to 25 associates.</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensures operation of equipment by logging and follow up for repairs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing change.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Production Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Past Supervision Experience, Coaching, Managing Processes, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation, Dealing with Complexity, Stong Literacy and computer experience required.</span></p>",
