    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Time Available: </strong></p>\n<p>Monday- Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting Dayton Freight customers with a variety of inquires including freight pickup requests, rate quotes or freight charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing and appointments or special requests.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Service Center Manager</li>\n <li>Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to Drivers</li>\n <li>Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts</li>\n <li>Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>May be asked to assist with:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Payroll</li>\n <li>Data entry</li>\n <li>Freight reports</li>\n <li>Driver collect reports</li>\n <li>Billing and filling</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs</li>\n <li>Excellent keyboarding skills</li>\n <li>Has worked in a fast paced environment and has excellent attention to detail</li>\n <li>Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing organization</li>\n <li>Competitive weekly pay</li>\n <li>Quick advancement</li>\n <li>Customized training program</li>\n <li>Professional, positive and people-centered work environment</li>\n <li>Modern facilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>This position requires the ability to perform administrative and clerical tasks in an office and Service Center environment.
