We offer a collaborative environment where employees gain exposure across multiple areas of the business and have the opportunity to grow their careers.</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>Emerging Power Inc is currently looking for a full-time shipping clerk to work at our Hackensack, NJ facility.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pulling, packing, loading orders</li>\n <li>Scheduling shipments on a daily basis with various trucking companies, UPS, and FedEx</li>\n <li>Tracks, traces, and updates status of outgoing shipments</li>\n <li>Organizes stock within warehouse by properly boxing and labeling product and puts product in their proper location(s)</li>\n <li>Scanning and sorting outgoing product</li>\n <li>Ensure all shipments receive proper labeling </li>\n <li>Provides additional back-up support for shipping/receiving manager</li>\n <li>Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude</li>\n <li>Keep management and immediate supervisor aware of product shortages in order to maintain accurate inventory counts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>6+ months of shipping experience preferred</li>\n <li>Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)</li>\n <li>Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems and/or Hazmat shipping registration a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to read and complete packing slips and bills of lading</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Full-time benefits include:</strong> 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off</p>\n<p><strong>Hourly rate:</strong> $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#INDOC</p>",
