We are competent, capable, and we invest in our people and in our processes to ensure we continue to grow and do our best work every day. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Blow Mold and Process Engineer is a member of the technical team involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process particularly in machine and moulid validation, new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br>Key responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carries out validation of new moulds, machines and other equipment.</li>\n<li>Carries out process optimization, Records and maintains of Process Control Records</li>\n<li>Ensures processes runs to validated state</li>\n<li>Ensures that work is carried out in compliance with company manufacturing procedures and Work Instructions</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of new work Instructions and forms to support validation activities.</li>\n<li>Resolves technical product and process issues.</li>\n<li>Works closely with toolroom and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.</li>\n<li>Works on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who we’re looking for?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education to at least diploma level in plastics engineering or relevant equivalent.</li>\n<li>Previous experience as moulding/process technician in a plastics moulding company</li>\n<li>Understanding &amp; experience of running Design of Experiment.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
