    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<h3>LABORER</h3>\n<h3> </h3>\n<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3>\n<p>We are looking for a reliable and hard-working <strong>HVAC Laborer</strong> to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist our experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.</p>\n<p>No prior HVAC experience is required! We will provide on-the-job training for the right person who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the trade.</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company trucks.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist technicians with installing ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and piping.</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean up job sites by removing debris, old equipment, and sweeping work areas.</p></li>\n <li><p>Run errands for parts and materials as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on the job site.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must have a <strong>valid driver’s license</strong> and reliable transportation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (like attics and crawlspaces).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.</p></li>\n <li><p>Punctual, dependable, and a positive attitude.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>What We Offer:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
