Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.</p><p>The&#xa0;<strong>HVAC &amp; Gas Technician</strong>, reporting to the Account Director, is&#xa0;responsible for implementing and documenting&#xa0;an effective preventive maintenance program that maintains all systems in a good working condition at the Canadian Forces Base in Petawawa.</p><p><strong>Your work will include:</strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Maintenance,&#xa0;repair and replacement of residential heating systems</li><li>Maintenance, repair, and replacement of Air Conditioning Units</li><li>Replacing belts, pulleys, bearings, pump seals and associated assemblies, combustion test, balancing and adjusting.</li><li>Responding to reactive maintenance calls to equipment and after hour call outs</li><li>Participate in educational programs, in-service training and attend meeting as required</li><li>Communicate the work status with the client groups via central call center within the time frame given&#xa0;in response time policy</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p><ul><li>Current Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or working towards</li><li>Minimum Class G3.&#xa0;G2 or G1 preferred.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract</li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English fluently</li><li>Computer literate and familiar with MS word, excel and database</li><li>Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance crawl and reach for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.</li><li>Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder. Working at Heights. Lifts, and roof tops</li><li>Fully vaccinated</li></ul>",
