This role ensures every guest feels welcomed, understood, and satisfied while maintaining operational excellence, Passion for Service and food safety standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcoming guests every visit </li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions, upselling and answer questions</li>\n <li>Verify each guest order for accuracy, Dine-in and “to-go” orders </li>\n <li>Complete required Online Ordering (OLO) accuracy verification procedures*</li>\n <li>Accurately enter orders into the POS system while maintaining speed and hospitality</li>\n <li>Handle cash, credit, and digital payments in accordance with company cash control policies</li>\n <li>Resolve guest concerns or escalate to management when necessary</li>\n <li>Count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage </li>\n <li>Assist with front-line food preparation procedures such as packaging and delivering orders to tables </li>\n <li>Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products</li>\n <li>Communicate and work effectively with others in a busy restaurant environment</li>\n <li>Maintain front counter, lobby/patio and bathroom cleanliness, organization, and restocking of supplies</li>\n <li>Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with company and local regulations</li>\n <li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times</li>\n <li>Learn different stations to assist in other operational areas as needed</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and team needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles</li>\n <li>Basic math skills</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems</li>\n <li>Customer service experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Must have great interpersonal communication skills to work with others</li>\n <li>Must adhere to company food safety, and personal hygiene standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Expected Behaviors</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates a guest-first mindset in all interactions</li>\n <li>Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude</li>\n <li>Demonstrate positive energy and a strong sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Energetic Team Player - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and prevent service delays</li>\n <li>Attention to details</li>\n <li>Take ownership of assigned station and responsibilities</li>\n <li>Remain calm and focused under pressure</li>\n <li>Demonstrate reliability and punctuality </li>\n <li>Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant</li>\n <li>Willingness to cross-train and develop new skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Rate</h2>USD $16.50/Hr.",
