Must understand a production environment, safety culture, and quality expectations, and is ready to apply their hands-on finishing expertise to support semiconductor‑grade aluminum component manufacturing. Ensure aluminum components meet the strict cleanliness, precision, and performance standards required for semiconductor equipment.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Perform detailed deburring of CNC‑machined aluminum parts</strong>, including removal of sharp edges, burrs, tool marks, and micro‑burrs using hand tools, rotary tools, abrasive pads, files, scrapers, and specialty deburring equipment.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Refine and prepare surfaces</strong> to meet semiconductor‑grade specifications, including smoothing edges, blending surfaces, and ensuring consistent cosmetic appearance.</li><li><strong>Inspect machined features</strong> (chamfers, radii, pockets, threads, sealing surfaces) to verify they meet internal standards before parts move to finishing or cleanroom processing.</li><li><strong>Identify and correct machining‑related defects</strong> such as chatter marks, burr buildup, surface inconsistencies, or incomplete toolpath transitions.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with CNC machinists and engineering</strong> to communicate recurring burr issues, tolerance concerns, or opportunities to improve manufacturability.</li><li><strong>Perform precision cleaning and pre‑finish preparation</strong>, including degreasing, ultrasonic cleaning, masking, and controlled surface conditioning.</li><li><strong>Support anodizing and conversion coating processes</strong> by ensuring all parts are properly prepped, free of contamination, and meet surface roughness requirements.</li><li><strong>Use inspection tools</strong> such as microscopes, magnifiers, profilometers, calipers, and gauges to verify surface quality and dimensional accuracy.</li><li><strong>Maintain documentation</strong> including part travelers, inspection records, and traceability logs.</li><li><strong>Follow all semiconductor cleanliness and contamination‑control protocols</strong>, leveraging existing knowledge of our facility&rsquo;s standards.</li><li><strong>Contribute to continuous improvement</strong> by identifying ways to reduce rework, improve consistency, and streamline deburr workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Demonstrated experience working within our manufacturing environment or a similar high‑precision production setting.</li><li>Strong hands‑on experience with <strong>deburring, edge finishing, and post‑CNC part refinement</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work with small, intricate, or tight‑tolerance features common in semiconductor components.</li><li>Familiarity with aluminum machining characteristics, burr formation, and best practices for manual and mechanical deburring.</li><li>Understanding of cleanroom and contamination‑control requirements.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&amp;T, and surface finish specifications.</li><li>High attention to detail, strong hand‑eye coordination, and a commitment to producing defect‑free parts.</li><li>Knowledge of chemical safety, PPE requirements, and safe handling of parts destined for high‑purity processes.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience deburring components used in semiconductor process equipment, vacuum systems, or high‑purity assemblies.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced surface inspection tools or semiconductor‑specific metrology.</li><li>Experience supporting anodizing, conversion coating, or other aluminum finishing processes.</li><li>Background in lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to train others in deburring techniques and finishing standards.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in semiconductor, aerospace, precision aluminum hand finishing/Deburr or related manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a high‑mix, precision manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees in both group and one‑on‑one settings.</li><li>High school diploma, GED equivalent.</li><li>Basic reading, writing, and math.</li><li>Must be reliable and have excellent attendance.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Ability
