This role goes beyond traditional finance oversight, bringing a data-driven, forward-looking perspective to support decision-making across clinical services, eClinical products, and emerging AI capabilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As Sitero continues its accelerated growth trajectory—including expansion of global operations, increased bid/RFP activity, and inorganic growth initiatives—the VP, Finance will play a critical role in strengthening financial planning, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing operational rigor across the organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to translate financial insights into actionable strategies that drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, President, CTO, and HR leadership, aligning financial strategy with business priorities and scaling global operations effectively</li>\n<li>Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with Sitero’s growth objectives</li>\n<li>Drive financial rigor and visibility across project delivery, talent acquisition, and resource allocation to support margin optimization and delivery efficiency</li>\n<li>Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to establish governance and financial discipline around global workforce planning, requisition approvals, and headcount investment strategies</li>\n<li>Provide clear, executive-level financial reporting and insights to business leaders, enabling informed decision-making across all functions</li>\n<li>Strengthen financial modeling and analytics capabilities, leveraging large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global operations</li>\n<li>Play a leadership role in bid defense meetings, RFP processes, and commercial strategy by ensuring financial competitiveness and profitability</li>\n<li>Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial diligence, integration planning, and synergy realization</li>\n<li>Lead financial strategy and evaluation for inorganic growth initiatives, including target identification, valuation modeling, deal structuring, and alignment with Sitero’s long-term strategic priorities (services, eClinical platform, and AI capabilities)</li>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership to define and execute M&amp;A strategy, including building acquisition theses, assessing build vs. buy decisions, and prioritizing targets that enhance Sitero’s competitive positioning and technology differentiation</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate acquisition scenarios, including ROI, accretion/dilution, synergy potential, and integration costs across global operations</li>\n<li>Drive end-to-end financial diligence for acquisitions, including quality of earnings analysis, revenue sustainability, cost structure assessment, and identification of operational and financial risks</li>\n<li>Establish governance and performance tracking frameworks for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Sitero’s margin targets, growth objectives, and operational efficiency benchmarks</li>\n<li>Oversee global financial operations, ensuring appropriate controls, compliance (including GDPR considerations), and audit readiness</li>\n<li>Lead Audit Committee engagement, including preparation, planning, and execution of all financial reporting requirements</li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement systems, tools, and automation to enhance financial operations, reporting accuracy, and scalability (including payroll and benefits infrastructure where applicable)</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to support a high-growth, global organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred</li>\n<li>15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility in a global organization</li>\n<li>Proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams in complex, multi-entity environments (US, EMEA, India preferred)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in financial planning &amp; analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance within a high-growth setting</li>\n<li>Experience supporting mergers &amp; acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration</li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights</li>\n<li>Experience in life sciences, clinical research, or related industries preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:</span></p>\n<p>Sitero proudly offers an impressive compensation package and benefits, including a competitive salary, paid time off, and healthcare and retirement benefits.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMPLOYMENT TYPE:</span></p>\n<p>Full Time, Permanent</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMMITMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday – Friday.
