Scope of Work Access a provided list of e-commerce websites Navigate through websites and locate newsletter subscription forms Scroll through pages and identify newsletter sign-up sections Subscribe to newsletters using a provided process/workflow Copy and paste required information accurately Follow a documented step-by-step process provided by the client Maintain consistency across all website submissions Track completed websites and update progress records Ensure no duplicate work or missed entries Follow project instructions precisely Report progress and completion updates as needed Responsibilities Complete repetitive data-entry style tasks accurately Follow client instructions exactly Maintain organization of completed and pending tasks Ensure quality and consistency of submitted work Raise concerns or questions if website structures vary Deliver tasks within agreed project timelines Required Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow SOPs and step-by-step instructions High level of accuracy in copy-paste and repetitive tasks Basic web navigation skills Strong organizational skills Dependable and self-managed work style Ability to work independently after training Preferred Background Tools / Platforms Web browsers (Chrome preferred) Google Sheets or spreadsheet tracking tools Email platform/newsletter subscription forms Internal workflow documentation (provided by client) Training Client will provide: List of target websites Step-by-step workflow/process Instructions and onboarding guidance",
