style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure high-quality user experience through thoughtful UX configuration </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span experience </li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence </li>\n<li>Clear and concise written and verbal communication </li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently </li>\n<li>Ownership mindset and accountability </li>\n<li>Creative problem-solving and adaptability </li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in application configuration and workflow design </li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models </li>\n<li>Awareness of user experience (UX) design/configuration principles </li>\n<li>Experience with PowerBI
