The role involves providing analytical and operational support to the Risk function, contributing to effective implementation of risk frameworks, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of risk-related activities.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Framework Design &amp; Implementation </span></li>\n<li>Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and                  procedures in line with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.</li>\n<li>Support the execution of risk assessments in response to business changes, regulatory updates, and internal    reviews, including documentation of identified risks and tracking of mitigation actions.</li>\n<li> Assist in incident management processes, including logging incidents, supporting root cause analysis, and         tracking remediation actions to closure.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">New Product &amp; Existing Process Risk Review </span></li>\n<li>Assist in risk assessments of new business proposals, products, features, and processes by gathering relevant information, identifying potential risks, and highlighting control gaps.</li>\n<li>Support the review of business processes to assess alignment with established risk appetite and internal            policies and document observations and recommended improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Banking Rails Partner Oversight</span><br></li>\n<li>Support oversight activities for outsourced banking/rails partners by maintaining relevant documentation and    assisting in monitoring compliance with internal risk and compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Assist in tracking and escalating issues related to third-party performance and risk exposures.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Reporting </span></li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of regular risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for Senior Management and        relevant committees.</li>\n<li>Maintain risk registers, issue trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of  reporting.</li>\n<li>Support the analysis of risk data and contribute to the identification of emerging risks and trends.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Continuity Management &amp; Outsourcing</span></li>\n<li>Support the maintenance of the enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, including  documentation, testing schedules, and record-keeping.</li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining third-party risk management records, policies, and procedures.</li>\n<li>Support ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships by tracking performance issues and ensuring proper      documentation of reviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Others </span></li>\n<li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Job Requirements</span></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>1–2 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or financial services (fresh graduates  with strong internships may be considered).</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of risk management concepts and regulatory environments, with a strong willingness to      learn and develop expertise.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify potential risks.</li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under supervision.<br></li>\n</ul>",
