      "content": "<li>Lead the design, development, and validation of battery cells, modules, and packs for [EV, energy storage, consumer electronics, aerospace, or industrial applications].</li><li>Develop battery performance models including electrical, thermal, and aging behavior.</li><li>Oversee battery testing programs including cycle life, abuse testing, thermal performance, and safety compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate battery systems into products.</li><li>Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for battery performance, reliability, or safety issues.</li><li>Support Battery Management System (BMS) development including SOC/SOH estimation and protection strategies.</li><li>Evaluate and select battery materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (UL, IEC, UN38.3, SAE, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost reduction, energy density, cycle life, and manufacturability.</li><li>Prepare and review technical documentation, test reports, and design reviews.</li>"
