Maryland Wellness is seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team, serving clients in Cumberland, Maryland . We offer flexible employment options as a 1099 contractor or W-2 employee . This position is an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others! This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Cumberland office. In this role, you will support clients in developing cognitive, emotional, and social skills; building effective coping strategies for managing mental health symptoms, and navigating life challenges. As a therapist with Maryland Wellness, you will collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that outline both short-term and long-term goals, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. You will be responsible for monitoring and documenting progress toward these goals, addressing urgent mental health concerns as they arise and working closely with other members of the client's treatment team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. When appropriate, you'll assist clients in accessing additional resources or higher levels of care to best support their wellness journey. All services will be provided in alignment with Maryland Wellness' clinical standards and in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
