Must possess a combination of education and leadership.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide scoping, scheduling, outreach and overall project supervision for the restoration of pedestrian walkways and roadways in residential corridors. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide quality assurance/quality control, utility coordination and inspection support through all project phases.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide overall management of construction phases and close-out completion.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Generate and manage asset management database(s).</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage project budget and implement cost controls.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage subcontractors.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage material dispatching.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide payroll and timekeeping support.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;\">Education:</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">B.S.
