    "description": "<p>Our innovative and growing company is seeking candidates to join our team for a low voltage alarm/security technician! To join our team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below.<br>Responsibilities:<br>•Diagnose and repair alarm/intrusion and fire systems.<br>•Install, troubleshoot and configure Access Control Systems.<br>•Installing and repairing CCTV &amp; IP based Camera Systems &amp; NVR’s.<br>•Readjust equipment, repair, or replace equipment and test for operation.<br>•Conduct routine preventative maintenance on systems.<br>•Run and terminate low voltage cable.<br>•Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.<br>•Respond to customer service calls and perform scheduled maintenance calls.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:<br>•Previous experience in electronic security installation, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred.<br>•Familiarity with hand and power tools.<br>•Ability to handle physical workload.<br>•Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.<br>•Strong attention to detail.<br>•Be able to lift 50 pounds or more, climb ladders, pull wire.<br>•Able to read and interpret blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents is preferred.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The starting wage in this ad is reflective of minimum wage - Pay is commiserate with experience and will be discussed during the job offer phase.<br>Job Type: Full-time<br>Salary: From $25.00 per hour<br>Benefits:</p>\n<p>•401(k)<br>•401(k) matching<br>•Dental insurance - available<br>•Health insurance - available<br>•Life insurance<br>•Paid time off<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Schedule:<br>•Monday to Friday<br>•On call</p>",
