The role is currently remote, with potential to transition to a hybrid model based out of our Ontario office.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a Research Analyst, you’ll be a critical and foundational piece for the day-to-day management in the delivery of high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You’ll receive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">first-class mentorship and training</span> on a breadth of research methodologies, techniques, and systems, whilst getting hands-on experience and learning on the job.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You’ll become an active part of client teams responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish. font-size: 12pt\">Working across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Project Leads, your core day-to-day responsibilities will involve:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting in the design of questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completing checks on survey links, materials, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing fieldwork/recruitment and conducting regular quality checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Undertake qualitative fieldwork at different locations with support from project team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Writing analysis plans and checking data tables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Summarizes qualitative fieldwork and enter into analysis grids</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyzing research results and creating reports to tell a compelling story</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring the accuracy of all client deliverables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our Research Analyst roles are ideally suited to those with a genuine interest in the Market Research &amp; Insights sector, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
