You will be an integral partner in managing our ATS platform and recruiting processes across the organization.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with the VP of HR and HR team to build a robust and efficient recruiting process, including selecting and building out a strong ATS platform.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Source for a wide range of roles including Sales, IT/R&amp;D, Finance, Professional Services, Marketing, Operations and Support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Build proactive talent pipelines to support future departmental hiring needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations across the US.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Strong sales and technical recruitment background</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
