Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment and components</p></li><li><p>Installing/upgrading, and calibrating equipment</p></li><li><p>Maintaining/troubleshooting/repairing hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, gear boxes and pumps</p></li><li><p>Performing basic machining, pipefitting tasks, millwright tasks, and welding/fabrication tasks</p></li><li><p>Performing preventive maintenance</p></li><li><p>Performing other tasks as assigned</p></li><li><p>Completing shop records and use reporting systems following established procedures</p></li><li><p>Using safe work methods and procedures at all times</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Your Skills and Expertise:</b></i></p><p><i>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</i></p><p></p><p><i>Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.</i></p><p></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma/GED or Higher (completed and verified prior to start)</p></li><li><p>Three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government or military environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, on-call rotation for weekends and holidays, and holidays as needed.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><i><b>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Possess or in the last six months of obtaining a two-year technical degree (completed and verified prior to start) in a maintenance or electro-mechanical field OR</p></li><li><p>High school diploma/GED (completed prior to start) AND four (4) or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.</p></li></ul><p><b><u>Testing:</u></b></p><p><i>All candidates must successfully complete 3M’s Maintenance Battery test.</i><br /> </p><p><b><u>Work location: </u></b>Quapaw, OK</p><p></p><p><b><u>Travel: </u></b>None</p><p><b><u>Relocation Assistance: </u></b>NA</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Pay Transparency:</u></b></p><p><i>The pay range for this position is $33.04/hr.-$39.63/hr. <b>This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
