    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.15.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.15.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Hydrovac Operator &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Status:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Salary/Hourly (DOE) : $28.00 - $33.00</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Keep the truck clean and organized&nbsp;</li><li>Report any equipment safety deficiencies</li><li>Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled (scheduling can be unpredictable at times due to industry needs).</li><li>Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and work well with others.</li><li>Knowledge of Underground Utility construction and installation</li><li>Working knowledge of 811 National Call before you dig principles and requirements</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment if needed&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to expose and excavate underground utilities according to industry standards, best practices, and applicable rules and regulations</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in equipment start-up, operating, inspecting, and maintenance of equipment, and successfully complete selected required Operator Qualifications (OQ&rsquo;s)</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties/tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Hydrovac Operator: 1 year</li><li>Commercial Driving exp: 2 years</li><li>CDL Class A or B with Tanker endorsement required</li><li>Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical and be able to meet all physical requirements of the job</li><li>Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb perform numerous task that requires physical agility and manual dexterity as well as mental acuity throughout shift</li><li>Maintain acceptable personal hygiene and professional appearance and is clean-shaven (job-specific)&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass safety screening for fit tests and pulmonary test for cross-functionality between customers. &nbsp;</li><li>Must have solid verbal and written communication skills to complete all required paperwork</li><li>Must have own housing</li><li>Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to maintain cleanliness of all company equipment and vehicles</li><li>Always conduct themselves in a professional manner</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Attend all safety meetings unless approved otherwise by Manager</li><li>Report to work as scheduled</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to all DOT, Federal, State, and Local and all company&nbsp;Health, Safety Environmental rules and regulations</li><li>An Equal Employment Opportunity Employer&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment: &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position works outside in all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
