And it’s our people, not algorithms, that cares to help our clients make better informed decisions.<br> We are innovative, agile, and inspired by data – and we are looking for people that share those values to join our mission to build stronger businesses!<br> Join the data-revolution!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient fullstack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.</li>\n<li>Ensure the reliability and efficiency of system infrastructure.<br>Optimize application performance for maximum efficiency and scalability.</li>\n<li>Implement and oversee continuous monitoring and alerting systems.<br>Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.</li>\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and incorporate feedback to prevent future incidents.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.<br>Utilize Git for version control and collaboration within the development team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications:</span></li>\n<li>Strong experience (at least 5 years) in fullstack development with ReactJS and NodeJS/NestJS.</li>\n<li>Proficient in developing and optimizing applications using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.</li>\n<li>Experience with software engineering best practices such as SOLID and CLEAN.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with SaaS and Platform solutions.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of unit testing libraries and methodologies.</li>\n<li>Experience with Git for version control.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of monitoring tools and incident response.</li>\n<li>Strong English proficiency.</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span></li>\n<li>Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li>\n<li>Previous experience with AI development tools.</li>\n<li>with event streaming platforms like Kafka.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>CIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
