          "text": "<p>The Brand Environments Manager will play a key role in bringing the brand to life across a variety of physical touchpoints, including pop-ups, shop-in-shops, wholesale environments, and brand activations. This role&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;both managing and contributing to the creative development and execution of immersive brand experiences across domestic and international markets.&#xa0;Working cross-functionally&#xa0;with Real Estate, Construction, Visual Merchandising,&#xa0;Wholesale, and&#xa0;Marketing&#xa0;departments.&#xa0;The Design Manager will ensure that all projects are executed with&#xa0;a high level&#xa0;of design integrity, operational efficiency, and alignment with overall brand strategy.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;you'll&#xa0;get to do: &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute&#xa0;brand environments including pop-ups, shop-in-shops, wholesale spaces, and activations.&#xa0;</li><li>Works&#xa0;directly&#xa0;with&#xa0;Head of Brand Environments&#xa0;to&#xa0;create 3D models, layouts, 2D floorplans, and&#xa0;renders&#xa0;as needed for brand concepts.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Real Estate, Construction, Visual Merchandising,&#xa0;Wholesale,&#xa0;Marketing) to bring concepts from ideation through execution.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various timelines, budgets, and regions.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with external vendors, agencies, and landlords to ensure quality and consistency in execution.&#xa0;</li><li>Be proactive at&#xa0;sourcing on&#xa0;brand materials, such as decorative elements,&#xa0;furniture, and material finishes.&#xa0;</li><li>Translate brand standards into innovative, scalable physical&#xa0;consumer&#xa0;experiences.&#xa0;</li><li>Execute in&#xa0;the design and development&#xa0;of&#xa0;brand&#xa0;concepts, layouts, and presentations for specialized&#xa0;projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Review&#xa0;site&#xa0;packs&#xa0;and oversee installations to ensure design intent is executed accurately&#xa0;and&#xa0;timely.&#xa0;</li><li>Support international projects, adapting concepts to different markets while&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;brand consistency.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify&#xa0;opportunities for process improvement and&#xa0;efficiencies&#xa0;across projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Actively researches current trends in global culture, retail design, architecture, fashion, art, etc.  &#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Who you are: &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree&#xa0;in Architecture or Interior Design  or equivalent years of experience preferred.&#xa0;</li><li>5+&#xa0;years design experience (experience in-house working for a global retail brand’s store design&#xa0;team&#xa0;a plus). &#xa0;</li><li>Excellent ability to articulate and sketch/detail design concepts for documentation and constructability.  &#xa0;</li><li>Superior organizational skills; ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task&#xa0;and manage projects independently. &#xa0;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. &#xa0;</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Sketchup,&#xa0;BlueBeam. Revit,&#xa0;Enscape, 3D Max experience&#xa0;a plus. &#xa0;</li><li>Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work both independently and closely with others. &#xa0;</li></ul>",
