      "text": "What You’ll Need",
      "content": "\n<li>This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Flagship in NYC.</li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience in Retail.</li>\n<li>A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment.</li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></div>\n\n<li>Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.</li>\n"
