font-size: 16px;\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Oversee mold remediation efforts, including:</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing areas affected by mold and planning the remediation process.</li>\n<li>Ensuring proper containment of mold-affected areas to prevent cross-contamination.</li>\n<li>Supervising the safe removal of mold-infested materials.</li>\n<li>Ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations related to mold removal.</li>\n<li>Inspecting completed work to confirm proper remediation techniques were followed.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Regularly report project status to supervisors, client superintendents and other management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Interact with client superintendents to ensure daily tasks are completed to their satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Communicate between Superior Field Operations Management team and Clients is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Track, prioritize, and delegate tasks to laborers on your team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete work orders and track time for your crew daily while submitting to SCS office in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px;\">Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px;\">May operate hand and power tools of all types.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;
