All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cleans designated lots, garages, bathrooms, offices and lobbies.</li>\n <li>Ensures parking lots and garages are free of debris.</li>\n <li>Check lots for potholes, damaged wheel stops, broken lights, etc.</li>\n <li>Replaces light bulbs and ensures all areas are well lighted.</li>\n <li>Assist with various installations, equipment, signage, etc.</li>\n <li>Minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repair.</li>\n <li>Picks up and deliver supplies from and to various locations.</li>\n <li>Follow orders from senior/supervisor maintenance and management.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties and activities as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
