Medical, dental vision, 401k and many other benefits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Purpose:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works in the Production Shop operating a variety of machines in the rough turn area.</li>\n <li>Cell Technicians will produce parts in tolerance at the rate required by each operation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities-</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Routinely rotate through cell to operate multiple rough turn machines as well as walking beams, center drill and cut off machine to manufacture product at the established rate of production.</li>\n <li>Regularly set up, install, replace, and remove tooling.</li>\n <li>Measure all manufactured products accurately through lifting, pulling, pushing followed by applying proper technique to hand measuring tools, template gages, flush pin gages and other product related measuring equipment.</li>\n <li>Work with and follow Basic Rules of Manufacturing, General Dynamics OTS Environmental, ISO Documentation, Quality Policies, and other work-related documents.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate common safety practices associated with the manufacturing environment and the use of hand or industrial equipment.</li>\n <li>Required to recognize problems, make corrective adjustments and/or notify appropriate supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications-</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong> Degree from a college or technical school or any combination of education, training or work related.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work 3rd shift and must be able to train on 1st shift for a period of 45 days.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and communication skills, basic math skills and be able to work in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>",
