This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring premises, and providing professional customer service while ensuring site security standards are met. If you’re looking for a steady schedule and a great opportunity to grow in the security industry, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Location:</strong> Joplin, MO</li>\n <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $18.00 / hr</li>\n <li><strong>Shift Option 1:</strong> Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM</li>\n <li><strong>Shift Option 2:</strong> Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM</li>\n <li><strong>Position:</strong> Security Officer</li>\n <li><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Monitor premises, patrol the site, and maintain a safe environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities</li>\n <li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner</li>\n <li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles</li>\n <li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience</li>\n <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
