In this role, you will be responsible for managing shop service and repairs of heavy equipment in a profitable manner. With a high sense of urgency, the Shop Supervisor will be responsible for responding to customers in a timely and professional manner. This position works proactively and closely with service managers, shop technicians, field technicians, and customers to ensure that promises and expectations are being met in a timely manner. The Shop Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling of technicians and equipment repairs in the field/shop. margin: 0px;\">Assist technicians on complex diagnostic and repair issues.</li><li style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Manage technician productivity, assign work orders, schedule workload, and review timecards for technicians.</li><li style=\"padding: 0px;
